The Successful Applicant The right SPM candidate has the following qualifications: Healthcare / Hospital project experience (required) 5-10+ years of PM experience with a General Contractor (required) Ability to read and understand plans and specifications Familiarity with project financials - invoice approval, requisitions, internal reporting
