About the Role

You would be our first dedicated sales hire. That means the playbook you write becomes the playbook, and your first closed deal is one that would not have happened without you.

Most Junior AE listings are BDR roles with a better title. This one is not.

You will own outbound into two verticals, run your own discovery calls from month two, and close your own deals from month four.

Our median sales cycle is 25 days, so your first signed deal lands in your first quarter, not your second year.

What we need: 1 to 3 years carrying a quota at a martech or ecommerce SaaS company (Klaviyo, Attentive, Braze, Iterable, Movable Ink, Postscript, Amplitude) or at a retention agency. A quota number you beat that you can name. Evidence you have built something without being asked to.

What you get: $70K to $80K base on a 60/40 split, uncapped commission, and variable guaranteed for your first three months. An hour a week reviewing your own calls with the founder. And a path to full AE written into your offer letter.
