Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Professional Drivers to provide safe, reliable, and discreet transportation services for assigned investors utilizing client-owned vehicles. The ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, punctuality, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service. Drivers will be assigned to specific clients and are expected to build trust through consistent, high-quality service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and vehicle care.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and navigate client-owned vehicles throughout Houston and surrounding metropolitan areas.
• Provide reliable daily transportation for assigned client, executives, and guests.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean, fueled, and presentation-ready condition at all times.
• Adhere to established schedules while accommodating reasonable changes and special requests.
• Assist with errands, appointments, pickups, drop-offs, and other transportation-related tasks as assigned.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Exercise the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding client information, schedules, and personal matters.
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Utilize navigation and route-planning tools to ensure efficient and timely transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, vehicle inspections, fuel purchases, and other required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members regarding schedules, transportation needs, and operational updates

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required).
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional driving experience, preferably in executive, chauffeur, private client, or luxury transportation services.
• Experience operating luxury vehicles, including SUVs, sedans, and other high-end automobiles.
• Extensive knowledge of Houston, its surrounding suburbs, major thoroughfares, and traffic patterns.
• Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a variety of situations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow client preferences and instructions precisely.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a proven work ethic.
• Non-smoking candidates preferred.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.
