The individual in this role will represent client brands through face-to-face customer interactions, introducing products and services, answering questions, and guiding potential customers through the sales process. Daily activities include executing in-person outreach campaigns, engaging with consumers in designated venues, and clearly communicating product benefits and promotions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, reporting campaign results, and collaborating with team members to improve outreach strategies. The Sales and Marketing Representative will participate in ongoing training, support new team members, and ensure that every interaction reflects the professionalism and values of NextUp Talent’s clients. Qualifications Strong Communication skills with the ability to present information clearly, listen actively, and adapt messaging to different audiences. Customer Service experience, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating positive, professional in-person experiences. Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, with the ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and drive conversions in face-to-face environments. Training experience or willingness to learn and participate in ongoing coaching, as well as support the development of new team members. High level of professionalism, reliability, and comfort working in fast-paced, public or retail environments. Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends based on campaign needs. Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking performance metrics and customer data.
