Automation Technician

Lone Star Bakery, Inc. is looking for Automation Technicians to monitor the status of the robots that produce and package baked goods. Job Duties and Responsibilities Monitors robots to ensure they are working properly and respond to issues as they arise. Schedule maintenance on the robots per procedures. Performs safety checks on equipment to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards. Performs and consistently complies with the processes, policies, and procedures. Job Requirements, Education, & Certifications Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. Understanding of geometrical coordinates systems. Understanding of electricity: voltage vs current etc. Understanding of electrical and electronic devices and how they operate. ex: relays, encoders, MPCB, VFD, and contactors. Understands how to use a multimeter and able to read electrical drawings and schematics. Understanding of PLC and CPU controllers. Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking, stooping, and bending functions as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
