To ensure a smooth transition, you'll work closely with her during a comprehensive handover and training period. At Delta Designs, no two days are ever the same. You'll support Finance, HR Administration, Payroll, and Office Operations, making you one of the most connected people in the organization. One day you're processing invoices and payroll updates; the next you're coordinating office activities, supporting employees, or helping solve operational challenges. Delta Designs creates custom storage and display solutions for some of the most prestigious museums in the United States. Every project is different, which means your work is never routine. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business and play an important role in keeping the organization running smoothly. Your role This role combines Finance, HR Administration, Payroll Support, and Office Management responsibilities. Examples Of Your Work Include Processing and reviewing invoices, payments and bank statements; Supporting payroll administration and employee record keeping; Managing PTO, employee changes, HR documentation; Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee communications; Coordinating office purchases; Supporting month-end administrative activities; Serving as a go-to resource for employees and managers; Helping ensure that the office runs efficiently every day. What You Bring Has experience in Finance, Accounting, Payroll Administration, or a similar role; Enjoys working with both numbers and people; Is highly accurate and detail-oriented; Handles confidential information with discretion and integrity; Communicates easily with people at all levels of the organization; Is proactive, well-organized, and dependable; Thrives in a role with a lot of variety; Has previous experience working with an ERP system.
