We are a retained search firm, asked by our client, a 240 bed hospital to fill the below role.

Role:

As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you'll help shape a high-performing, collaborative pharmacy team dedicated to delivering safe, top-quality medication management across every stage of care.

You'll oversee daily operations, guide and grow talented caregivers, champion medication safety, and ensure our practices meet the highest clinical and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered
• 2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• PharmD
• Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 13 years in a supervisory, manager, or team lead role within a healthcare or pharmacy setting, including responsibility for staff development, workflow oversight, and operational performance
• 2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience
