Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML solution architecture, Generative AI, Agentic Engineering, and Machine Learning, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI strategies and technical solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and architect comprehensive AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Develop and implement solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic Engineering, Machine Learning, and AI technologies.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business goals into AI strategies, architectures, and roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership across AI/ML solution design and implementation initiatives.
- Guide engineering teams in developing scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for business adoption.
- Apply Responsible AI principles to AI solution architecture and implementation.
- Support MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management where required.
- Mentor technical teams and contribute to architecture standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT/technology experience.
- Strong experience in AI/ML Solution Architecture and Design.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and solutions.
- Strong expertise in Agentic Engineering / AI Agent development.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale AI solutions and architectures.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MLOps and ML model lifecycle management.
- Strong Machine Learning and Data Science knowledge.
- Experience with Responsible AI frameworks and practices.
- Experience leading and mentoring AI/ML engineering teams.
- Exposure to enterprise AI transformation and modernization initiatives.
