IT Service Desk Analyst

As the IT Service Desk Analyst , you will ensure continuity of computer system services for our customers by providing the technical expertise and assistance necessary to resolve all aspects of user end point issues. Support will be provided by clearly communicating solutions in a competent, confident, user-friendly, professional manner. The City of Celina operates on a 4-day work week .
