Join the Bartender team at Silver Brands (Silver Diner Development LLC). Silver Diner offers an exciting work environment in Washington, DC (and other locations), with a focus on hospitality, growth, and a flexible menu crafted by award‑winning chefs. Job Overview We’re looking for a contagiously friendly, warm, and energetic bartender who can create craft cocktails, prepare house‑made syrups and purees, and provide outstanding service in a fast‑paced environment. The position requires weekend and holiday availability and a legal age to serve alcohol. Responsibilities Prepare craft cocktails using award‑winning mixology. Create house‑made syrups and purees from fresh ingredients. Serve guests efficiently while maintaining a clean bar environment. Support kitchen and maintain food safety standards. Assist in training new team members. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year bartending experience (preferred). Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasionally evenings. Legal age to serve alcohol.
