Transactional Tax Associate

Lateral Link is assisting a global law firm seeking a mid to senior-level Transactional Tax Associate.

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years’ experience advising on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets offerings, financings, and joint ventures. Corporate and international tax experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, curious, self-directed, possess a strong work ethic and pay attention to detail.
