THE OPPORTUNITY: We aren't just looking for an "answering service." We want a resourceful operator who can run our remote office operations, lead customer experience, and actively generate new business. You will be the central hub of our communications, lead conversion, customer retention, and brand presence.

Because we offer uncapped commission on top of your base pay, your ability to close deals, re-book past clients, and prospect new business will directly determine how much you earn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Service & Inbound Operations: Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails with high-quality, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Estimates & Sales Follow-Up: Send out quick, accurate estimates and maintain a rigorous follow-up process to convert leads into booked jobs.
• Outbound Prospecting: Independently research and identify commercial and residential prospects. Execute outbound calls and cold/warm emails to secure new business.
• Retention & Rebooking: Maintain our customer database, reach out to past clients, and secure repeat service bookings.
• Social Media Management: Curate content across active channels, engage with the local online community, and drive brand awareness.
• Daily Operations: Keep schedules organized, solve daily operational puzzles, and keep the back office running smoothly.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base Pay: $20.00 / hour (20 hours / week standard schedule).
• Incentive Pay: Uncapped commission structure on new commercial accounts, closed estimates, and upsells.
