Community Growth Specialist

To enhance brand visibility, the part-time Community Content & Growth Specialist will build an organic presence across Reddit, Quora, and other online communities by creating valuable content and managing community engagement remotely. Key responsibilities Research relevant conversations and user needs on Reddit and Quora Write high-quality posts, comments, and answers that provide real value to users Manage Think Academy's subreddit, including content planning, posting, engagement, and moderation Required qualifications At least one year of hands-on experience managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities Excellent English writing, editing, and research skills Strong ability to analyze user intent and audience needs Familiarity with Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation, and engagement best practices Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
