Entertainment Corporate Paralegal — Hybrid NYC

Our client, a NYC-based investment firm, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the General Counsel and team. Amazing benefits include generous PTO and a uniquely collaborative culture. This position is fully on site in Midtown Manhattan. Job Details Report to and provide general administrative support to the General Counsel and attorneys Keep tabs on legal deadlines and follow up with relevant parties Assist with corporate transaction tasks, such as document organization and signature packets Draft legal documents, edit, and compare versions Handle bank and securities account paperwork Review non-disclosure agreements Assist in executing investment agreements and related documents Create and manage entity formation paperwork Prepare corporate governance documents Salary Range: $80-100k annually, based on experience Excellent benefits package includes medical, dental, vision coverage, generous PTO, and retirement savings plan!
