Picker: Loves Park, Illinois

Our customer in Loves Park, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Pickers to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Picker, you will be responsible for selecting, staging, and preparing products for shipment while supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities of the Picker:

• Pick and stage products according to order requirements using RF scanners.
• Operate a forklift or pallet jack once trained.
• Locate, retrieve, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Prepare outbound orders by labeling, organizing, and verifying product accuracy.
• Perform basic inventory tracking and report discrepancies.
• Restock shelves or designated areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and work instructions.

Picker Requirements and Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse, picking, or forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to use RF scanners and follow order instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay for Picker: $18.00/hour.
