Picker: Loves Park, Illinois
Our customer in Loves Park, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Pickers to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Picker, you will be responsible for selecting, staging, and preparing products for shipment while supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities of the Picker:
- Pick and stage products according to order requirements using RF scanners.
- Operate a forklift or pallet jack once trained.
- Locate, retrieve, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Prepare outbound orders by labeling, organizing, and verifying product accuracy.
- Perform basic inventory tracking and report discrepancies.
- Restock shelves or designated areas as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and work instructions.
Picker Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse, picking, or forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to use RF scanners and follow order instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay for Picker: $18.00/hour.
