Assembler - 2nd Shift

Job Full Description

A leading production company in the Rockford area is looking for a great candidate to join their team! They are looking for an individual that has prior assembly experience, but is willing to learn new skills. Ideally, the right person will have a mind for safety and a drive to work. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm, with overtime on Saturday's as needed. Shift may adjust to 10-12 hours during the week as needed for production. Key Responsibilities:

Perform deburring, detailing, and assembly of test accumulators
Assist with detailing and assembly
Perform duties to complete and file inspection and test reports
Perform or assist with final operations which includes painting, rust prevention, packing, and crating

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly Lift assistance required for 41 pounds or more
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong mathematic ability
Be a great team player
Dependent on a background check and drug test
