We are hiring a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to support our emergency service facility maintenance operations across New York State. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in multiple trades who can respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs independently.

Local/regional work with occasional overnight stays (hotel and meals fully covered).

Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial maintenance and repair work including:
• • Plumbing repairs and drain cleaning
  • Light electrical work (outlets, fixtures, troubleshooting)
  • Carpentry and general building repairs
  • Parking lot and exterior maintenance
• Respond to emergency service calls
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Communicate with dispatch and clients professionally
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle
• Complete work orders and service documentation

Travel Requirements:

• Travel to customer locations throughout New York State
• Occasional overnight stays (paid hotel + meals)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial maintenance or skilled trades
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable with travel and emergency service work
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Trade certifications (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
• Experience in commercial facilities maintenance
