Your Role in the Lab

• Execute a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory testsranging from chemistry to hematology and immunologyfollowing established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of your results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct maintenance and calibration checks on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and preparation, providing support wherever needed.
• Document all procedures meticulously, contribute to the training of new employees, and uphold rigorous lab quality standards.
• Keep a tidy, safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification is required throughout your employment.
