Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.
The pay for this position starts at $18 / Hour
This position is located at 6324 W Carlsbad Hwy Hobbs, NM. 88240

Available Schedules:
Monday-Friday: 1:00pm-9:30pm (Alternating Weekend Shifts: 6:00pm-10:00pm Saturday & Sunday Evening)*
Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm (Alternating Weekend Shifts: 9:30am-1:00pm Saturday & Sunday Morning)*
*When working weekend shifts you take a full day off during the week. The full team takes turns alternating the short weekend shifts.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Must have a minimum of 6 months prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
- Must currently live in the Hobbs, NM. area or have plans to relocate within the next 30 days
