Key Responsibilities Deliver effective instruction according to provided lesson plans. Conduct practical demonstrations in various cosmetology techniques. Engage students and encourage their participation in hands‑on activities. Assess student performance and provide feedback to support growth. Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment. Collaborate with staff and faculty to uphold educational standards. Qualifications A valid Educator License in the State of Illinois is required. Experience in the cosmetology industry is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and engage students of diverse backgrounds. Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
