Daily Substitute Secretary

Marquardt School District 15 Job Posting

Marquardt SD 15 is looking for two full time permanent daily substitute secretaries for the District Office. Substitutes will report to work at the district office daily, 8-4:30, to assist with various office projects and tasks across all departments, and will cross train to fill in gaps for the school front offices as needed. Pay for this position is $20/hr with no additional benefits at this time. Position Requirements

• Proficiency in basic computer software
• Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office equipment
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Substitute Secretary for the District Office

• Hours: 8-4:30pm M-Fri
• Substitute rate of pay: $20/Hr
• Bilingual preferred
