What We’re Looking For:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of California
• Prior experience as an Occupational Therapist in a school setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of school-based OT interventions, assessment tools, and IEP processes
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Passion for helping students reach their potential through individualized care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with varying needs
• Document evaluations, progress, and service delivery in accordance with school and state standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish appropriate supports
• Provide guidance to school staff and families on strategies and accommodations to enhance student success
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
