Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current California licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience delivering OT services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation procedures
• Ability to implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse K-12 student population
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, families, and students
• Commitment to best practices and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services for students according to IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and document progress for each student
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate OT recommendations into classroom routines
• Maintain detailed and timely records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Educate staff and families on strategies to promote student access to curriculum and participation in school activities
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of annual student goals
