Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to design and implement student-centered OT interventions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students’ strengths and areas for growth
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
• Deliver direct treatment services and monitor progress
• Provide consultative support to teachers and staff regarding accommodations and strategies
• Maintain thorough records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Educate students and families about strategies to support participation and skill development
