Embark on a fulfilling pediatric career with a diverse medical group located in Northern California. This position is entirely outpatient, integrating cutting-edge technology with a cohesive care model and extensive clinical support, enabling you to prioritize building meaningful connections with patients and their families.

• Exclusively outpatient pediatrics
• Flexible scheduling , with the option for a four-day work week
• Integrated care model featuring same-day and next-day referrals, with specialists available 24/7 for clinical assistance
• Dedicated support team , including a 1:1 medical assistant ratio, as well as resources in LVN, RN, lactation, nutrition, social work, and behavioral health
• AI-driven tools for documentation, dictation, desk management, patient communications, and visit scribing
• Structured ramp-up period with a reduced initial schedule, a designated mentor, and continuous education for new hires
• Opportunities for leadership and career growth through committees, professional groups, and leadership pathways
• No overnight calls or rounding ; weekend coverage is approximately once a month for half a day, including a mix of in-person and virtual tasks

• Base salary of $290,000
• Annual quality bonus
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• $5,000 CME allowance plus one week of educational leave
• Relocation assistance of up to $10,000
