Essential responsibilities include:
- Embody the shared values of Hotel Drover.
- Ensure team members are working together as a team to ensure optimum service so that guests needs are met.
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, coaching, and motivating team members.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to service standards, hospitality philosophy and Hotel Drover service culture.
- Inspect grooming and attire of team members and rectify any deficiencies.
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, etc.
- Inspect storage areas for organization use of FIFO and cleanliness.
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of team members.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Identify, recommend, develop and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, service and safety.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
