Senior Counsel, Securities & Corporate Governance

Valley Bank seeks an experienced Assistant General Counsel—Securities & Corporate Governance to support SEC reporting, governance, and board operations. You will collaborate with finance, investor relations, HR, internal audit, and risk teams in a dynamic, client-facing corporate environment. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and can be based in multiple markets, including NYC, northern New Jersey, and other regional offices.
