Office Services Specialist

Duration: 0-12+ months (Temp to Engage) Shift Time: 8:00AM - 5:00PM; 1-hour lunch
Job Description
Responsible for reception duties/hospitality duties, as well as print/copy and mail duties.
This person would need to have the ability to serve at the reception desk, be flexible, a team player, and customer service focused.
This person would need to be able to work well under pressure, as sometime law firms can be demanding depending on the customers' needs. No physical requirements (extensive standing, walking, lifting).
Dress Code: Law Firm-Business Casual.
