Your Responsibilities

Presidential Gardens is seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager role.  The community consists of 200 units of affordable housing located in Haverhill, MA. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for processing applications, annual recertifications, rent collections, accounts payable, processing work orders, and overall office support.  This role will also provide support to the southern NH portfolio as needed.

Your Qualifications

Previous recertification experience is required. Knowledge of PB Section 8 is required. COS or CPO certification is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle is required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.

Starting Salary: $70,000
