Manufacturing Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a contract position with our client located in Warsaw, IN. We are seeking 2 Manufacturing Engineers with strong validation expertise to support a project based on-site in Warsaw , beginning in June . This role will focus heavily on validation activities , with cleaning validation as the primary requirement , within a manufacturing environment.

Salary Range: $40.00/hour to $45.00/hour. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Manufacturing Engineer job responsibilities include:

· Lead and execute validation activities , with a strong emphasis on cleaning validation

· Support validation across related domains such as:

• Packaging validation
• Sterilization validation
• Windchill (preferred but not required)

· Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams

· Contribute to change management and process improvement initiatives

· Ensure validation efforts meet applicable regulatory and quality standards

· Document and maintain validation protocols, reports, and compliance records

Desired Qualifications:

· 3–5 years of validation experience (more experience welcomed)

· Demonstrated experience in cleaning validation (required)

· Background in validation within one or more of the following:

• Medical device manufacturing
• Pharmaceutical
• Med-tech environments

· Strong understanding of validation processes, documentation, and compliance requirements

· Strong team collaboration and communication skills
