About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Inside Sales to lead a dynamic, sales-driven contact center that is pivotal in the patient acquisition process. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the existing operation into a data-driven commercial function, with a focus on optimizing the end-to-end patient acquisition funnel. This includes lead management, appointment booking, conversion, show rates, treatment acceptance, and rebooking. The role involves close collaboration with performance marketing and operations to leverage CRM platforms, AI-enabled contact center technologies, and automation for improved conversion and agent productivity. The Head of Inside Sales will also be tasked with establishing and managing key performance metrics, standardizing processes, and driving continuous improvement through a culture of accountability and performance management. Applicants for the Head of Inside Sales position at the company should have a background in B2C, DTC, or consumer services, with experience in leading high-volume, consultative sales organizations. The role requires a proven track record in performance management, incentive design, and coaching, as well as a deep understanding of lead management and customer acquisition funnels. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and scaling remote sales teams, and be adept at leveraging technology to drive operational improvements. A strong analytical and operational mindset is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
