Corporate Development Manager

A growing healthcare investment and operations organization is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to join its team in Denver. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, M&A, and business operations . The individual will play a key role in identifying and executing acquisitions while partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives that drive the organization's continued growth. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys both transaction execution and solving complex business challenges. You'll have the opportunity to influence the company's growth strategy while working across finance, operations, and executive leadership. Mergers & Acquisitions Identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions that support the organization's long-term growth strategy. Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment recommendations. Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts across internal stakeholders and external advisors. Develop executive presentations and investment materials to support acquisition decisions. Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and closing activities. Assist with post-acquisition integration planning and execution. Corporate Strategy & Business Operations Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives across the organization. Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Build financial and operational models to support key business decisions. Lead cross-functional projects involving finance, operations, and business leadership. Develop executive dashboards, reporting, and presentations for senior leadership. Drive strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, collaborating with stakeholders across the business. Qualifications 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, transaction advisory, strategic finance, private equity, or a similarly analytical role. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience evaluating acquisitions, strategic investments, or leading complex business initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities. Ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
