We are seeking a senior Global Solution Sales (GSS) professional to join our industry-leading treasury and trade solutions Citi Services team.This is more than a sales role; it's an opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of the world's most influential companies in the Energy, Power Generation and Renewables industries. You will leverage your expertise in global payments, liquidity, and working capital solutions to design and deliver innovative approaches that solve complex challenges, drive our clients' success, and shape the future of their global financial and treasury operations.What You'll AccomplishDrive Growth: Originate new business and win major mandates by developing and executing a strategic portfolio sales plan in partnership with our global, regional, and country teams.Be a Trusted Advisor: Cultivate deep, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at global and regional clients, becoming their go-to partner for treasury and trade solutions. You will retain and grow existing business while identifying valuable cross-sell opportunities.Innovate & Solve: Lead complex treasury management deals from end-to-end. You will craft compelling RFP responses and pitch innovative, tailored solutions that address the unique needs of our client’s industry, particularly around complex treasury management, working capital, and project-related finance solutions.Shape the Market: Act as an ambassador for Citi at industry events and forums. Your insights will help shape our product strategy and reinforce our position as a best-in-class leader.Lead with Integrity: Champion a culture of responsible finance, robust governance, and unwavering ethics.
