Supervisory Program Analyst

Job TitleYou will:Prepare operating plans that support strategic goals, oversee budget formulation, justification and execution, and set/track performance metrics.Provide direction and guidance to division director(s) in the performance of budget planning, formulation and execution, acquisitions, and grants management.Direct, monitor, and evaluate resource management and controls, and budget, grant/contract executions.Plan, develop and conduct the national program tracking approaches with operational evaluations.You will spend more than 50% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
