Data Analyst

Salary: $77,040 - 146,640 per year Requirements:

• We bring at least 5 years of experience in data analysis.
• We have strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
• We can communicate and present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We can handle several projects at once while maintaining close attention to detail.
• We preferably hold a degree in a quantitative field such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics.
• We are familiar with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Looker, Power BI, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, or SQL.
• We ideally hold a professional certification such as ASQ Six Sigma.
• We ideally hold a cloud platform certification such as AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty, Google Cloud Looker Business Analyst, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.

• We analyze large IT datasets to uncover trends, patterns, root causes, and actionable insights.
• We transform raw data into rigorous visualizations, business intelligence outputs, and compelling narratives.
• We partner closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams to gather, structure, organize, and cleanse data.
• We advise stakeholders by applying domain knowledge, consulting skills, and critical thinking to complex business challenges.
• We align our analytical work with business goals, project scope, and success criteria.
• We prepare data for analysis and reporting using modern tools and technologies.
• We support data-driven decision-making by translating findings into clear recommendations.
