Vida Integrated Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Vida Renton! Our clinic is conveniently located near The Landing shopping area, in the Highland Parks neighborhood! New grads are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Compensation: Annual salary, $90,000 - $110,000+

Vida Integrated Health has six thriving locations around the greater Seattle area. You can find us in Renton, Everett, Bellevue, Kirkland, and in two Seattle locations (Capitol Hill & U-Village)! Candidates bilingual in Spanish & English may be given preference, but it is not a requirement.

What we're looking for:

• Licensed Professional: Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist with a commitment to high-quality patient care.

• Clinical Skills: Great diagnostic skills, expert therapeutic techniques, proficiency in pain management techniques, and exercise prescription with effective patient education.

$90,000 - $110,000+ yearly

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain comprehensive records to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss cases, and contribute to a supportive work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy to continuously improve patient care practices.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) with a valid Washington state license.
• Spanish-speaking candidates will be given preference, but it is not a requirement.
• New grads welcome.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families on recovery strategies and injury prevention.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records to ensure continuity of care.
