  Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Equity Sales professional (Series 7 licensed) for our flagship Boca Raton Office. 

\n

\n

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

\n

\n
• Identifying and qualifying super accredited high net worth investors and institutional investors (mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, family offices)
\n
• Marketing the firm’s equity transactions and venture capital private placements. 
\n
• Offering corporate access to investors
\n
• Booking and managing deal and non-deal roadshows in the US and overseas
\n

This role requires strong collaboration with the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.

\n

\n

Compensation: Starting base salary of $35,360 with the opportunity to earn much more through commissions. 

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, Florida
\n
• Prior sales or relevant experience is a plus
\n
• Series 7 is a plus but not required. 
\n
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required. 
\n

Compensation: Base salary of $35,360 plus monthly commissions- once registered.

\n
