Responsibilities Manage customer accounts with accuracy and professionalism. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions. Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships. Process account updates and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of service. Monitor account activity and follow up on pending requests.
