Our clients are primarily consumer products companies and printers and we help them by delivering a broad range of services from brand strategy and packaging design, to adaptive design across various print and digital platforms, all the way to color management and the production of printing plates. The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Team Leaders and Account Managers by providing intelligent service in the production and tracking of jobs and documents.


Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Support multiple teams with uploads, post flights, render management, plate remakes, writing revisions, renders and customer reports
• Manage file pick-ups, color proofs deliveries, dies, ink draw downs, color standards, press samples, projects, etc.
• Ensure that print samples and renders are correct
• Assist and liaise with account teams to prepare spec sheets and meeting documents
• Coordinate file request activities, research and fulfill

Qualifications Include:

• 5 years' experience in customer service/office administration and project management
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Filemaker)
• Strong understanding of the graphic & packaging industries preferred
• Able to prioritize and complete work assignments/projects with a sense of urgency and execution for excellent results
