This role serves as a key point of coordination between clients and internal teams, helping maintain strong relationships while ensuring requests, updates, and service needs are handled efficiently. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Coordinate daily account activities and service requests. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery. Monitor account progress and provide regular updates. Address client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative support. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational processes. Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout every client interaction.
