Service Drive Coordinator

Are you organized, customer-focused, and someone who likes to stay busy? We are looking for a Service Drive Coordinator to help keep our service drive organized, on schedule, and delivering a great experience for every customer. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong customer service, organization, and time-management skills but may not have automotive experience. What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
• Coordinate scheduled oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance appointments
• Check customers in and gather the necessary vehicle and service information
• Help keep appointments organized and running on schedule
• Communicate with customers throughout their visit
• Work closely with technicians and the service team to keep vehicles moving efficiently
• Assist customers with basic maintenance questions and service recommendations as you learn the position
• Keep customer and vehicle information accurate and organized
• Help ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience
