Customer Relations Advocate

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

Essential Job Functions:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing inquiries, concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Listen actively to drivers' concerns and work collaboratively to find effective solutions.

• Interact with drivers via inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms

• Respond to inquiries promptly and clearly with enthusiasm and tact.

• Ensure customer discrepancies are investigated and resolved

• Available to engage with contractors/drivers as requested to maintain an ongoing professional and productive relationship. This may include lunches, trade shows, and after-hours business networking events.

Performs all other duties as deemed necessary from Contractor Relations management.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic and patient approach.

• One year of customer service experience, relationship management or similar role

• One year of experience in a transportation industry role.

• Proficiency in using communication tools and software for tracking and managing interactions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
