Marketing Manager

Joubert Law Firm is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Baton Rouge office to take the role of Marketing Manager . Marketing Experience is required. Our marketing manager handles all types of marketing mediums and manages marketing relationships for our firm. Key Responsibilities Include: Creating, planning community events; Creating and emailing our monthly client e-newsletter; Assisting with lead nurturing initiatives; Developing key content marketing, including value-driven webinars, blog posts, print articles, direct mail projects, and more; Building and managing relationships with clients, and referral partners, including determining how best to maximize these relationships; and Editing videos to be posted on social media pages and for internal training. Requirements Our ideal candidate will have at least multiple years of experience in marketing, including, content marketing and writing experience. Candidate will love to manage all of our marketing partnerships and help to grow our firm brand. Candidate will be an awesome project manager. Candidates should be familiar with all social media platforms and direct to consumer marketing. Candidates should know the basics of the day-to-day operations of a law office. Candidates must be computer literate, including proficient in using Canva or similar software, Hootsuite and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and people skills are essential. Candidates must have organizational skills, able to effectively prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
