Administrative Compliance Technician

Administrative Compliance Technician (Bilingual Korean Required) San Francisco, CA | Full-Time | $24/hour Put your administrative and compliance skills to work in a fast-moving property management setting. BGSF is seeking a detail-driven professional who can support residents, manage documentation, and bring bilingual Korean/English expertise to a thriving community. Your Responsibilities
- Handle annual and interim recertifications for residents
- Assist with resident communication and daily inquiries
- Prepare, distribute, and post required community notices
- Create and organize lease violation documentation
- Process move-in applications and ensure all compliance paperwork is complete
- Fluent in Korean and English (required)
- Experience in property management or affordable housing compliance is a plus
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage sensitive information and meet deadlines
