Job Description

Description of the role:

Join our team at Johnson City Acura/Mazda as an Experienced Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and guidance on vehicle maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:

Assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate services
Managing work orders and communicating with the service department
Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any service-related issues
Keeping accurate records of all transactions and interactions

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Be a TOP PERFORMER and consistently deliver the best numbers
Your compensation package will be a direct reflection of your performance
Be ready to bring your numbers to prove your performance
$ 2000.00 Sign-on bonus
