Housekeeping Supervisor

With a commitment to exceptional guest service and pristine accommodations, we strive to create memorable experiences for every visitor. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our dedicated housekeeping team. Key Responsibilities: Manage, train, and schedule housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry personnel, and supervisors. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met. Maintain par levels of linens, amenities, cleaning supplies, and other housekeeping inventory. Collaborate with the front office and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Address guest complaints or concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally. Enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with hotel policies and health regulations. Prepare department budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost control. Recruit, onboard, and mentor new housekeeping staff members. Implement eco-friendly and sustainable housekeeping practices where applicable. Qualifications: Proven experience (3+ years) in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and safety standards. An ability to manage a diverse team and resolve conflicts professionally. Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed. Degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
