If you're a mixologist with personality and performance skills, this is your moment. As a Bartender at MaryJane's, you're the architect of the moment crafting bold drinks and setting the tone for a lively guest experience.

Your Mission

Behind the bar, you'll mix precision with showmanship. You'll own the bar space, deliver signature cocktails, and create memorable moments one pour at a time.

What You'll Do

Mix classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair

Keep the bar stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times

Connect with guests while managing high-volume service

Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service

Collaborate with servers and barbacks to keep service flowing

You're a Great Fit If You

Have 2+ years bartending in a fast-paced, premium venue

Can work a packed bar and still make every guest feel seen

Know your spirits, wines, and craft cocktail trends

Bring charisma, poise, and consistency to every shift

Are flexible on nights, weekends, and holidays
