Overview A background in estate planning, estate administration, drafting, and knowledge of estate and gift tax laws appropriate for class year is required. An LLM, preferably in taxation or estate planning, is required. Attorneys are required to be in the office three days a week. Candidates should have background in estate planning, estate administration and drafting and a knowledge of estate and gift tax laws appropriate for class year. The candidate should be extremely detail-oriented, personable and eager to assume increasing responsibility.
