An established, premium manufacturer in the furniture industry is adding a HR Manager/Organizational Development leader to its senior leadership team, someone who wants to do more than run HR functions. This is a chance to architect the culture from the ground up and put real systems behind what "great place to work" means here. What you'll own: Talent strategy, from workforce planning through onboarding Employee relations. The trusted voice managers and staff go to first Building leadership development and training programs where none exist today Modernizing HR operations: attendance, leave, HRIS, comp & benefits, compliance Representing the company in the community and at hiring events What we need: 5+ years in HR, ideally in manufacturing A builder, not a caretaker SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred Sharp instincts for employment law and conflict resolution Full-time, on-site, reporting directly to the President. A real seat at the table and real influence over what this company becomes next. #J-18808-Ljbffr
