Regional Accounting Manager

Overview An established leader in the design and manufacturing of modular commercial buildings is seeking a Regional Accounting Manager to join its growing team. This position will oversee accounting operations across multiple plants, supporting leadership with accurate financial reporting, process improvement, and compliance. What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, payroll, and monthly close Partner with plant managers and regional leadership to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting Lead balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance (state/federal filings) Support HR-related processes including payroll compliance, benefit contributions, and employee onboarding Supervise local accounting teams, fostering training, development, and accountability Drive process improvements to strengthen controls and streamline reporting across multiple locations What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; prior leadership preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and reconciliations Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities Effective communicator who can collaborate across accounting, operations, and HR functions Why This Opportunity?
